Scott & Irwin conceived, designed, and implemented an interactive table experience as the centerpiece of Lonbali’s new flagship store in Madrid. The goal was to merge digital innovation with the brand’s creative essence, transforming the act of choosing a handbag into a moment of discovery and emotion.
The Lonbali Table invites visitors to interact with physical tokens that represent moods, prints, and styles. Each gesture triggers a digital universe where customers can explore collections, visualize combinations, and experiment with accessories in real time. The experience is simple, playful, and visually engaging - encouraging curiosity while naturally driving cross-selling opportunities within the store.
Developed entirely in-house, Scott & Irwin led every stage of the process: from UX and creative concept to software engineering, content production, and final on-site implementation. The project also included staff training, ensuring that the store team could guide customers and make the experience part of the brand’s day-to-day storytelling.
Beyond its technological sophistication, the Lonbali Table represents a new way of connecting people and products through design. It brings together the physical and digital worlds to create a retail experience that is alive, interactive, and unmistakably Lonbali.
