You can develop your own application or contact our partners, who will do this for you. Thanks to our robust hardware solutions and the revolutionary Scape X® Engine with open access to TUIO, we enable anyone to develop multi-touch applications with object recognition. All you need is a software framework that can communicate via the standardised open-source TUIO protocol (e.g. Unity, Ventuz, smartPerform, vvvv, Intuiface, Nuiteq Snowflake and many more). Integration is straightforward thanks to ready-to-use TUIO libraries in JavaScript, C++, C#, Python and Java.

The Scape X® Engine is the core recognition technology that powers Interactive Scape’s proprietary multi-touch displays and tables, whilst the Scape X® Module is the hardware module that enables this patented object recognition to be used on selected and certified third-party displays.

Each Scape X® object has its own ID, enabling the system to recognise which object should trigger which interaction or content. When an object is placed on the display, the content assigned to it via our Easire® CMS (or via our partners’ content management systems) is displayed accordingly.

In the standard configuration, multitouch displays with Scape X® can recognise up to 24 unique IDs. With the Scape X® Custom Engine – a special software extension – our multitouch displays can recognise up to 100 unique IDs simultaneously.

Please contact our team or book a demo for further information about this bespoke software. Although the number of unique IDs is limited to 24 or 100, multiple objects with the same ID can be placed on the display and recognised correctly at the same time.
